Throughout the whole process, they've been fantastic- always keeping us updated, chasing things up when there were delays ( through no fault of their own) and generally making the experience much less stressful.

Fantastic from start to finish! Firstly, upon setting out to sell my parents home Bridgfords answered the phone! sounds quite normal but many others didn't! Anna who made an appointment to meet me at the house was instantly friendly and provided me with all the answers to my questions as i had never sold a house before i was unsure of a lot of things. I had met other local estate agents the same morning and were all of similar cost but Bridgfords full package service and Anna's manner won Bridgfords the contract. The team in Knaresborough were with me all the way-keeping me updated regularly and when we hit delays-NOT Bridgfords fault-Mike and Anna called regularly with much needed cheery voices to offer any support/help and did anything they could to assist. Sale has been completed now and i could not recommend this team highly enough-i would recommend to anyone and would never even consider using anyone else.
