There's a lot to do to get a property ready to rent out - especially when you live abroad like me. I therefore can't recommend the people at Bridgfords enough for going above and beyond to find contractors, cut keys, do the metre readings and finish all the little odd jobs that needed to be done before finding me some lovely tenants. I dealt with Cathy from the beginning, she arranged and met me for the initial viewing and was nothing but helpful from day 1. From day 1 to day 11 (moving in day) I've had nothing but a quality professional experience from Cathy and the team. Cathy even helped me decide where to put my Christmas tree!
