Standards that every company should aspire to meet. Richard, James and co. were professional, contactable and reliable every working day for nearly 6 months. They dealt with every challenge that comes with selling a property. There’s no doubt in my mind that Richard made the difference between this house sale happening and not, and he’s a total asset to Bridgefords. It's true: moving house really is one of the most stressful experiences of life. But, all credit to Bridgfords Withington, Richard and his colleagues did all in their power to make the process bearable - and at times even pleasurable!
From the first exploratory visit to the last sign-off, we had nothing but first class service. Always friendly, always available, always able to offer the right advice and to smooth things over when they got rocky in other places. They kept us sane when all around was chaos.
And always, they put our needs and our wishes to the forefront.
And in the end, they reduced the pain of leaving a family home of over 40 years - and finding a perfect (for us) place to experience the next adventure.

Bridgfords Withington offered a great service from valuation to completion.
David performed the valuation. He didn’t oversell himself or the property and he was transparent about what he liked and what he thought could be improved prior to viewings. Wearing swimming pool-style shoe covers was a small but appreciated attention to detail.
Viewings were block booked in a day and an offer was accepted a week after.
James managed the completion. As well as chasing up the solicitors,
