    Failed To Provide Even A Basic Level Of Management Or Customer Service

    After having several separate tenants managed by Bridgfords Leeds, I can unequivocally say that I would strongly advice against engaging with them to manage your property. During 2 separate tenancies, individuals at the Leeds team failed to provide even basic customer service to the first tenant and failed to inform me that the 2nd was never in a position to pay the rental fee for the property. All of this, amongst failing in other basic areas of customer service, has left me significantly out of pocket for legal fees, and over 6 months of lost rental income. I have no issue paying a management fee when that management is actually carried out. Almost every instance with Bridgfords has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

    Failure on your part

    I am very disappointed with the service I have received as despite repeated contact with them they have failed to carry out and keep me advised of repairs required to the property.

    I never seem to b e be able to deal with just 1 person, whenever I call the NEVER call back an d I end up chasing and constantly repeating myself as I usually speak with someone else. Generally I feel that Brigefords need to take a step back and have a serious review of their customer service standards as I would not recommend them to anybody.
