    Fantastic!

    Fantastic Service! Amy and Emma were both so helpful, communication was fantastic and the whole process was pretty stress free (which I know is very unusual in house buying/selling). I highly recommend them.

    Bridgfords were brilliant.

    Superb service. Prior to putting my house on the market I was with another agent. I was not happy with them so moved my sale to Bridgfords. Thank goodness I did. They were always pleasant, helpful and courteous. It was stress free for me as everything seemed to go quite smoothly thanks to all their hard work. I can't believe how quickly they managed to sell my home. All I can say is that I highly recommend them.

    Great estate agents let down by their group associated solicitors

    Bridgefords team in Bamber Bridge good. Helped us sell our property within 3 weeks. But we used Countrywide Conveyancing on their recommendation and they were dreadful. A simple chain that should of completed in under 6 weeks took 3 months; despite us and our buyers both using Countrywide Conveyancing - this did not speed up the process. Would recommend estate agents but check reviews or ask around to find an alternative conveyancer. Staff at Bamber Bridge always professional, helpful and polite.

    As a landlord, it seems like there are over half a dozen people all providing a different service: I hear from one person from one office about terminations, then someone else contacts me about marketing, then someone else about check-out, etc. It seems like there is no one person taking responsibility for my property, and I never know who I should contact when I need something. It doesn't feel very professional.

    Not great, but estate agents never are.

    All estate agents are fairly incompetent, and Bridgefords is no different. From dealing with so many people in the Countrywide Organisation over the past 2 years, I've encountered only 1 who is reasonable at her job. That said, she probably stands out as exceptional when in actual fact she's just doing her job. I think the quality of staff is so poor because they see Bridgefords as a "job" and not a "career". There is no passion or care among the staff at Bridgefords. It doesn't help either that Countrywide operates in silos. A separate department for everything, and none of them communicate with each other. Overall, pretty poor. Here are some examples: 1. Deducted an administration fee for a change in telephone number without notice. 2. Did not notify HRMC that I was an overseas landlord for 2 years. 3. Held a key for a property which was obsolete and were not aware. 4. Changed staff several times and did not notify me. 5. Did not provide a single point of contact 6. Refused to copy relevant colleagues into e-mails despite my specific request to do so. Bridgefords isn't great but I've taken the approach now that "it's better the devil you know". Another estate agent would be more expensive and if they were to provide a better service would likely have major attitude and change control with it.
