    With no sale, no selling fee, our High Street Service package leaves you free to focus on the more enjoyable aspects of your move. Our agents will take care of all elements of your sale. They will let you know how to achieve the best price, attend viewings, actively seek buyers, negotiate offers and liaise with property lawyers on your behalf.

  • Online service with optional upgrades

    Our fixed payment Online Service package allows you to manage your property sale yourself. Following a visit and valuation from one of our estate agents you will be able to sell in your own time using an online account where you can upload your property details, book and manage viewings, see buyer feedback and respond to offers.

     

  • Preparing for a valuation

    This video explains why preparing for your valuation is important. Think about your personal objectives and ensure your property is ready for photographs. Additionally ensure your paperwork is ready. As expert high street agents we have a duty to follow anti money laundering regulations so we will need to check your photo identification documents.

  • Going to market

    An experienced property consultant will visit your home, provide a valuation, agree how much you would like to sell your property for and create your property details. You can choose to sign up to any of our services during your valuation appointment or at a later time.

    You can use your secure online account to see how often a buyer looks at your property online. Our property performance page allows you to monitor how often your property appears in search results and how often a buyer chooses to view your properties details online. 

  • Managing your viewings

    To sell a property with us you should firstly arrange a valuation appointment either through our branch or by using our web service. Following your valuation you will have access to a secure online account.

  • Managing your offers

    Once your property is on the market you can use our secure online account to view and manage offers, our website makes the process of selling your property easy. Should managing your own negotiations become all too much you can always upgrade to our High Street Service package.
